Hanging Christmas Lights!

Hanging Christmas lights on your house is a holiday tradition! Sometimes it can be a very taxing task. Hooking up your Christmas lights on your gutters for instance can be hard if you don't have the right kind of gutter hooks! If you are hanging bigger bulbs you will need hooks that meet them;

Usually they tell you the recommended gutter hook on the back of the Christmas light box. Sometimes they don't though, this is where you should really look into it. It sucks when you get home and you think that you are good to go and you realize that you have the wrong hooks. A little research saves a lot of time.

    Sounds like it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. I think we put up outside lights one year. Those bulbs have been sitting in my attic the last 10 years! That is a big job, I commend you on your perseverance.

    I am with Erika - we hung from the gutters once. Now it is the trees mostly. Get a picture of the finished product.

    If I owned my own house Christmas lights would be a must, however no way would I be hanging them myself! I'm with Erika, hanging lights has to be quite the chore as we have all seen in the best Christmas movie ever, Christmas Vacation! I'm with Bethany, lets see the finished product!
